Tracking Orders

Tracking numbers will be available after 3 business days of placed orders. (On some orders it may take more than 3 days.) Tracking numbers will be e-mail to the e-mail address given at point of sale.

Order Arrival

Orders usually take 4 to 7 business days by ground service. Some orders take longer than 7 days if it is delivered by freight truck it could take 7 to 12 business days. All truck freight is scheduled through the shipping carrier with the customer and need a valid daytime phone number.

Order Cancellation

We do not accept order cancellations. We package the order within an hour of the order that is why we don’t have the ability to cancel orders. We also do not have the ability to change the orders. When the order is returned you will receive a full refund if not opened or damaged by customer. Bulk item damages by freight handlers have to be refuse at time of delivery for some orders. If customer was not given the option to refuse the item they will receive a full refund if not opened.

Missing Parts

We cannot replace missing parts the item has to be returned and then reordered.

 Return Policy

We have a 30 day return policy. All goods must be returned in 30 days after delivery with proof of order for a full refund.

How To Ship Your Return

Do not send the item back without a (RMA NUMBER.) To obtain a RMA Number you must e-mail and request the number we will e-mail you back with the RMA number and instructions for tracking purposes. You have 30 days, no exceptions. No returns can be accepted without an RMA Number. (Please note: if you are shipping multiple orders it is important to ship the correct order with the correct RMA number).                                                     

   1.  Check that all of the items you wish to return are included in your RMA e-mail.                      

   2.   We recommend that you return the item with a carrier that can provide you with insurance  and a tracking number in case of loss damage. 

    3.    All returns should be able to be tracked from the time you ship it.                                             

   4.    Please make sure the correct RMA Number is on the outside of the shipping box.                 

   5.    Please do not write on the “box “your items come in as your product will not be resalable. 

   6.    All returns are freight prepaid by the customer. We do not offer return shipping reimbursement regardless of the party at fault.

Receive the RMA Number

It takes 2 to 4 days to receive your RMA Number. Some items take a little longer in 5 day if you have not received your RMA Number please call us at 484-240-1248.   There may be an issue with your return. Orders are only delivered on business days no signature required for ground shipments bulk shipments require a signature. We do not offer weekend or holiday deliveries.   Most orders take 1 to 2 business days.   Timeframes are only estimates in some cases tracking updates and shipping will be longer.

International Shipments

We do not ship outside of the United States.

Sales Tax

We charge 7% Pennsylvania sales tax.

We are not responsible for loss that occur as a result of packages being left in your absence. It is your responsibility to have someone present for delivery.
